With the introduction of “easy payment” plans on our digital inspections and offering our customers a text-to-pay option, we have noticed a significant increase in approvals and a higher close rate. The time it takes to get the customer to approve the work has also significantly improved. Customers really appreciate paying for the service and having the ability to pick up the vehicle on their own time, not the shop's business hours.
