I have struggled over the past few years with what belongs in a free courtesy inspection and what items we should charge to inspect. This article helped me understand that I can do both. I can provide a good inspection that ensures the safety items on a vehicle are in good working condition or I can charge for a more in-depth inspection of a vehicle and give the customer a comprehensive report on their vehicle so they can make a more informed decision.
