This article helped me realize the importance of looking at my business using the SWOT analysis to prepare for what is next. I hope this pandemic has an ending, but it did force us to quickly and, uncertainly at first, look at how we were going to interact with customers and employees. Taking the same SWOT approach with the rest of our business will have us more prepared for the next event that is around the corner.
