ATI's Exceptional Customer Service ChecklistEver hire a new service writer, get them started and once things got going you realized that you had forgotten to train them on some of the most important things? A busy shop is a hard place to train new people. It is too easy to forget all of the things you need to teach them when the day is going hot and heavy.

ATI's Exceptional Customer Service Checklist is a great way to get a new person started or to make sure that your current staff is doing the things you need them to do. You will probably want to add a thing or two to the list but having something to start with is a great help. Going through the Checklist will give you the extra help you need to make sure that your shop is running smoothly—so you can work on the business, not in it.

Complete and submit the form and we'll immediately give you access to the tool!

We thought our front desk was running ok until we went through the Exceptional Customer Service Checklist. Then we realized how many things we were doing but not consistently. We added some items to the Checklist and took a couple off but now we have a tool that we use every day to make sure we deliver a consistent experience to our customers. Running a busy shop is hard work and it’s easy to forget some things. Using the Checklist helped us all remember all the things that made us successful.
