At first, I was a bit hesitant to go through the Ability to Change Assessment form. As a Shop Owner, I have made a lot of changes over the years. I've found making better-calculated changes has created a more successful shop environment. After going through the checklist, I found areas that needed attention. More importantly, I had my Front office staff take the assessment as well and I found other areas that needed attention. This helped me identify the needs of change for my team and to help them through periods of change in a way that they felt comfortable with the new adjustments. This has helped me put together a team that understands change.
